Water brings out a turquoise blue, soda changes colour to a deeper royal blue, and adding a few drops of citrus changes the colour again, this time to purple.

Our loose leaf organically grown Blue Lemongrass is made from pure, high quality, hand-cut lemongrass with intense lemon and mint flavours.

Fun experiments

The kids at our daycare centre have absolutely loved experimenting with your blue lemongrass!! We froze some lemon ice cubs and added those into the drinks too .Thank you :)

Herbal tisanes such as our Pure Peppermint and Blue Lemongrass are caffeine free.

Fully fermented black tea leaves which are the basis of all breakfast teas contain the highest amount of caffeine. Green tea has less caffeine, followed by white tea which contains a minimal amount of caffeine. While you will get a caffeine hit from your pot of tea, it is significantly less than you would from coffee.

Artisinal loose leaf teas are created in smaller batches and hand-picked from single estates. We know exactly where all our tea is grown, and who grows it. We want to be sure that each bag of tea we sell is doing good for the local community where our favourite tea plantations are.
