Ingredients - organically grown peppermint

Our organically grown fresh peppermint leaves are harvested by hand and slightly withered to retain their intense minty flavours.

This loose leaf herbal tea is naturally calorie & caffeine-free, sleep friendly and great for consuming at any time of day.

We focus on ethical and sustainable tea practices which makes this bold tea flavour even more enjoyable. This refreshing brew can be consumed either hot or cold - and we recommend trying it both ways.

Yes! Tea is known to be packed with antioxidants to boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease. Regularly drinking tea can have a lasting impact on your wellness.

Flavours vary from region to region, as does the caffeine content. The climate, soil, and rainfall all effect the caffeine levels in tea as it is a natural product harvested from the camellia sinensis plant. The level of caffeine in our loose leaf teas vary. Herbal tisanes such as our Pure Peppermint and Blue Lemongrass are caffeine free.

Fully fermented black tea leaves which are the basis of all breakfast teas contain the highest amount of caffeine. Green tea has less caffeine, followed by white tea which contains a minimal amount of caffeine. While you will get a caffeine hit from your pot of tea, it is significantly less than you would from coffee.

Artisinal loose leaf teas are created in smaller batches and hand-picked from single estates. We know exactly where all our tea is grown, and who grows it. We want to be sure that each bag of tea we sell is doing good for the local community where our favourite tea plantations are.
