A Plucking Good Story
Skilfully harvested tea leaves, gathered by hand from small tea gardens dotted throughout the forest fringe at the base of the Holy Adam’s Peak mountain in the heart of Sri Lanka.
This green tea is produced by following Japanese ancient methods using a special clone of camellia sinensis (tea plant) with a rich burgundy leaf.
Serving
Brew with boiling water (100'c) for 2 mins. The leaves can be re-brewed a few times.
This tea is as fun as it is unique - add few drops of lemon or lime juice to create a colour change to a beautiful rosè. Entertaining to watch & it's one of the reasons we love it!
