Tea Flowers

Ingredients- black tea, tea flowers

Savour a tea that is truly unique.

Tea is often blended with jasmine, and many other flavours, but no-one blends tea with the flowers (largely because the little flowers are so expensive).

We carefully pick and gently dry the flowers from our tea bushes and blend the with our finest tippy golden orange pekoe tea.

The result is an incredibly smooth tea with heavenly honey and almond notes from the golden flowers.

If you yourself are a tea lover, or you have a loved one who truly appreciates the craft of tea making (or drinking) – you’ll truly love the experience of brewing our loose leaf tea flowers.

Beautiful Unique Tea

I have never seen the actual tea flowers in a tea before. They are gorgeous! They seem to add a sweetness to the tea which is almost a fine hint of caramel. Delicious tea.

FAQ's

Yes! Tea is known to be packed with antioxidants to boost your immune system, fight off inflammation, and even ward off cancer and heart disease. Regularly drinking tea can have a lasting impact on your wellness.

Flavours vary from region to region, as does the caffeine content. The climate, soil, and rainfall all effect the caffeine levels in tea as it is a natural product harvested from the camellia sinensis plant. The level of caffeine in our loose leaf teas vary. Herbal tisanes such as our Pure Peppermint and Blue Lemongrass are caffeine free.

Fully fermented black tea leaves which are the basis of all breakfast teas contain the highest amount of caffeine. Green tea has less caffeine, followed by white tea which contains a minimal amount of caffeine. While you will get a caffeine hit from your pot of tea, it is significantly less than you would from coffee.

Artisinal loose leaf teas are created in smaller batches and hand-picked from single estates. We know exactly where all our tea is grown, and who grows it. We want to be sure that each bag of tea we sell is doing good for the local community where our favourite tea plantations are.

Absolutely! Tea is made to be brewed and shared and it's the perfect gift for the novice or expert tea drinker in your life. If you're unsure of what kind of tea to gift - you could choose a gift card or flick us an email and we'll help you decide!
