Raw Kitchen
We have to include a disclaimer with this one… DO NOT FOLLOW if you don’t want to have the most beautiful, colorful, healthy raw treats you’ve ever seen in your entire life showing up in your feed on the regular. OK - now that that’s out of the way, the Raw Kitchen is an Auckland-based cafe who offer plant-based, wholesome and delicious food - think raw cakes & slices, granola, bliss balls, smoothies, soups, and more.
While they don’t offer nutritional advice, we love that they are refined-sugar free and cater to a whole range of dietary needs like vegan, dairy-free, and gluten-free. They give us plenty of #inspo to trade in our afternoon biscuit to something a little less processed and a little higher quality to pair with our cup of tea.

Jana adds all of her recipes to herlink in bio so they are easy for you to find (and cook!).
Ethique
Ethique all started in 2012 when Brianne (Ethique’s founder) was mixing formulas up in her kitchen at her Christchurch home. Back then, plastic-free wasn't the huge concern that it is for many today. Solid beauty bars weren’t a ‘thing’ and they definitely weren’t available from your local supermarket. Brianne paved the way for female entrepreneurs in New Zealand and really kicked off the plastic-free cosmetics movement.
Sustainability is at the heart of everything they do and all of their ingredients are cruelty free and vegan, palm oil free, ethically and fairly sourced, and are 100% plastic-free. The Ethique Instagram has the perfect mix of ‘how-to’s’, DIY tips like how to make your own fertiliser using a banana peel, product Q&A’s, face-mask recipes, and HELLO edible chocolate body mousse! You’ll want tocheck this out!
Ethically Kate
Kate is a self-proclaimed ‘sustainability inspirer’ based in Auckland, New Zealand. She uses her platform to educate her followers around living more sustainably and building sustainable habits. Kate has a great sense of humor and keeps it real with her followers. She speaks at schools, events and workplaces, and partners with sustainable brands to share their work with her followers on Instagram. You won’t find ‘hard sells’ on her feed, which we love! She truly loves the brands that she partners with and ensures that every brand fits with her ethos before she makes any recommendations. Kate’s website is also home to a plethora of useful information - she even has adirectory of ethical and sustainable brands you can learn about. If you’re new to creating sustainable habits and don’t know where to start, check out Ethically Kate!
We love learning more about brands and people dedicating their lives to sustainability, so if you have any recommendations for us, we’d love to hear from you!
