Harvested from the Forest Hill plantation from our 'pink' leaved tea plants, Silver Tips is subtle with aromatic dry floral (think Jasmine) notes, finishing on the palette with fruit flavours producing a transparent light golden liquor upon infusion.
Best enjoyed when you have a moment to enjoy the intricate flavours & not one for when you are rushing out the door with a million things on your mind.

Rare? Expensive? Yes! Why? - The 'gold of tea' due to the rarity & time consuming nature of harvesting these little powerhouse tea buds. Skilfully & patiently our pluckers are harvesting one bud at a time on our Forest Hill tea plantation.
A real feel good brew to enjoy & like a fine wine, the flavours in these Silver Tips varies according to the harvest time and climate. For an extra special addition to your tea, our silver tips are packed in a handmade recycled paper box made by women in the plantation communities.
Serving
Brew with hot water (80'c) for 5 mins - not boiling water as this will destroy some of the flavour profile. We love this tea as a cold brew!! Give it a go, brew overnight in a jug of water in the fridge.
